Reports of Cases before the Court of Justice and the General Court
The Reports of Cases are published in the official European Union languages and are the only authentic source for citations of decisions of the Court of Justice and the General Court.
The year's last issue of the Reports contains a chronological table of the decisions published, a table of cases in numerical order, an alphabetical index of parties, a table of Community legislation cited, an alphabetical index of subject-matter and, since 1991, a new systematic table of all the summaries for the cases reported, including headwords.

Reports of European Community Staff Cases
The Reports of European Union Staff Cases contain all the decisions in staff cases of the General Court since 1994 and of the Civil Service Tribunal since 12 December 2005 in the language of the case, together with an abstract in one of the official languages, at the subscriber's choice. If warranted by the legal interest of a judgment, the judgment is published in full in all the official languages.
The Reports also contain judgments in the language of the case and summaries of judgments delivered by the Court of Justice and the General Court on appeal in staff cases.

Judgments of the Court of Justice, Court of First Instance and Civil Service Tribunal and Opinions of the Advocates General
Orders for roneoed copies may be made in writing, stating the language required, subject to availability of stocks and to payment of a fixed charge for each document. Current charges are EUR 14.87, excluding VAT, for postal delivery, and EUR 39.66, excluding VAT, for delivery by fax, but these are subject to alteration. Orders will no longer be accepted once the issue of the Reports containing the required judgment or Opinion has been published.
Subscribers to the Reports may pay a subscription to receive offset copies in one or more of the official languages of the European Union of the texts contained in the Reports of Cases before the Court of Justice and the General Court, with the exception of texts appearing only in the Reports of European Union Staff Cases. The current annual subscription fee is EUR 360, excluding VAT.
Please note that all judgments and some orders of the Court of Justice, the General Court and the Civil Service Tribunal are available quickly and free of charge on Curia, under the heading ‘Case-law', from approximately midday on the day of delivery. The Advocates General's Opinions are also available under that heading in the language of the Advocate General as well as, initially, in the language of the case.

Texts governing procedure
The main provisions of primary and secondary legislation concerning the organisation, jurisdiction and procedure before the Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the Civil Service Tribunal are available on Curia in all the official languages of the European Union.
Draft amendments of texts currently in force and various discussion documents are also available for consultation.

Library, Research and Documentation
The Directorate-General for Library, Research and Documentation has developed a number of tools facilitating access to the case-law of the Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the Civil Service Tribunal, to legal literature and to Community and national case-law relating to the Brussels and Lugano Conventions.
Some printed publications have been replaced by electronic versions available on the Curia website, enabling them to be disseminated quickly and free of charge.
Legal Bibliography of European Integration
Annual publication based on monographs acquired and periodicals catalogued during the year in question in the area of European Union law. An official publication of the European Union since 1990, the Bibliography contains approximately 6 000 bibliographical references, which can be accessed via a subject-matter index and an index of authors.
Price: EUR 50, excluding VAT.

Current bibliography
Bi-monthly bibliography comprising a complete list of all the works (monographs and articles) received or catalogued during the reference period. The bibliography is in two separate parts:
Part A: Legal publications on European integration;
Part B: Jurisprudence, international law, comparative law, national legal systems.

Case-law digest
The ‘Répertoire de jurisprudence' (Digest of European Union case-law) is a compilation of summaries of the judgments and orders of the Court of Justice and General Court of the European Union and of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal delivered since their inception, following a classification scheme.
The Case-law digest exists in French, is updated weekly and is available at: Case-law digest.
Numerical access to the case-law
Numerical list of all cases brought before the Court of Justice, the General Court and the Civil Service Tribunal since their creation. The list, in French and English, is updated daily and and contains links to decisions and to information relating to the cases available on the EUR-Lex or Curia websites.

This publication, available on Curia, provides references for all the legal literature relating to judgments of the Court of Justice, the General Court and the Civil Service Tribunal.
‘Reflets' - Brief information on legal developments of European Union interest
Information bulletin, in French, providing an overview of the decisions of international and national courts and tribunals, the practices of international organisations and national legislation of interest to European Union case-law.
Three bulletins are normally published annually and are available (as from 1999) on Curia.
