Procedural documents and correspondence concerning cases before the Civil Service Tribunal are to be sent to the Registry using only the above postal address.
They may also be delivered directly to the Registry offices located at 35A avenue J.F. Kennedy, 1855 Luxembourg. The Registry's opening hours for the public are, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:30. During judicial vacations, the Registry offices are closed on Friday afternoons. Outside the Registry's opening hours, procedural documents may be given to the security staff present 24/24 hours at the entrances to the buildings of the Court of Justice of the European Union in rue du Fort Niedergrünewald, Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
Transmission of a procedural document by fax or email is taken into account solely if it is a copy of the signed original and on condition that the original itself arrives at the Registry not later than 10 days afterwards.
Transmission by email of documents exceeding a certain volume (approximately 4 Mb) causes technical problems. To ensure correct transmission of such documents, it is therefore advisable to send the scanned document in several parts or to use fax.

Lodging by electronic means
Agents and lawyers entitled to practise before the courts of a Member State or a State party to the European Economic Area Agreement may, provided they have an account giving access to e-Curia, lodge a procedural document using that application. In that case, it is not necessary, after transmission of that document, also to send it by post or to send certified copies.
