Annulment of the decision of the selection board in Competition EPSO/AD/231/12 not to admit the applicant to the assessment centre stage of that competition.

Annul the decision of 31 January 2013 on the applicant’s claim of 25 September 2012;

Annul the decisions of 28 June 2012 and 16 July 2012 under which the applicant is notified of the refusal of admittance to the pre-selection stage (‘assessment centre’) of Competition EPSO/AD/230-231/12 in which he participated;

Order the Commission to pay the costs.
