The Tribunal:

Annuls the decision of the European Parliament of 19 January 2012, terminating CH’s contract as an accredited parliamentary assistant;

Annuls the decision of the European Parliament of 15 March 2012 rejecting CH’s request for assistance of 22 December 2011;

Orders the European Parliament to pay CH the sum of EUR 50 000;

Orders the European Parliament to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by CH.
