THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT,

after hearing First Advocate General Bot,

makes the following

Order

1        By letter of 11 January 2011, the Court invited the parties to express their views on the possible joinder of Cases C-584/10 P, C-593/10 P and C-595/10 P for the purposes of the written procedure, the oral procedure and the judgment.

2        By letter received at the Court Registry on 24 January 2011 (e-mail of 21 January), Mr Kadi informed the Court that he agreed with the joinder of the cases in question.

3        By letter received at the Court Registry on 24 January 2011 (fax of 19 January), the Council informed the Court that it had no objection to the joinder of the cases in question.

4        By letter received at the Court Registry on 24 January 2011 (fax of 21 January), the French Government informed the Court that it had no objection to the joinder of the cases in question.

5        By letter received at the Court Registry on 24 January 2011 (e-mail of 21 January), the Commission informed the Court that it had no objection to the joinder of the cases in question.

6        By letter received at the Court Registry on 28 January 2011 (e-mail of 21 January), the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland informed the Court that it supported the joinder of the above cases.

7        Since the abovementioned cases are connected by their subject-matter, it is appropriate, in accordance with Article 43 of the Rules of Procedure, to join them for the purposes of the written procedure, the oral procedure and the judgment.

On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:

1.      Cases C-584/10 P, C-593/10 P and C-595/10 P are joined for the purposes of the written procedure, the oral procedure and the judgment.

2.      The costs are reserved.
