after hearing the Advocate General,

makes the following

Order

1        On 7 February 2019, the President of the Court made the order Bayer CropScience and Bayer v Commission (C‑499/18 P, not published, EU:C:2019:107).

2        That order contains, in the version in the language of the case, an error which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify of its own motion pursuant to Article 154(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court, which applies to the procedure on appeal in accordance with Article 190(1) of those rules.

On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:

1.      In the introductory part of the order of the President of the Court of 7 February 2019, Bayer CropScience and Bayer v Commission (C499/18 P, not published, EU:C:2019:107), the following party shall be added:

‘Stichting Greenpeace Council, established in Amsterdam (Netherlands), represented by B. Kloostra, advocaat,’

2.      The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified order. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified order.
