makes the following
Order
1 The references for a preliminary ruling concern the interpretation of Council Regulation (EC) No 343/2003 of 18 February 2003 establishing the criteria and mechanisms for determining the Member State responsible for examining an asylum application lodged in one of the Member States by a third-country national (OJ 2003 L 50, p. 1).
2 As the abovementioned cases are connected by reason of their subject-matter, it is appropriate to join them in accordance with Article 43 of the Court’s Rules of Procedure for the purposes of the oral procedure and the judgment.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
Cases C‑411/10 and C‑493/10 are joined for the purposes of the oral procedure and the judgment.
