APPLICATION for annulment of Regulation (EC) No 1007/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on trade in seal products (OJ 2009 L 286, p. 36),

Order

1        On 6 September 2011 the Court (Seventh Chamber, Extended Composition) made order in Case T-18/10.

2        By letter lodged at the Registry of the Court on 20 September 2011, the defendant, the European Parliament, informed the Court of the errors in paragraphs 36 and 96 of the English version of the order and requested the Court to rectify it.

3        In accordance with Article 84(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, the parties having been given an opportunity to lodge their written observations pursuant to Article 84(2) of those rules, it is necessary to rectify the clerical mistakes found in paragraphs 36 and 96 of the English version of that order.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Seventh Chamber, Extended Composition)

hereby orders:

1.      Paragraph 36 of the order should be read as follows: ‘(…) that the contested regulation is not a regulatory act, that it entails implementing measures and that it does not individually concern the applicants.’ instead of: ‘(…) that the contested regulation is not a regulatory act, that it does not entail implementing measures and that it does not individually concern the applicants.’

2.      Paragraph 96 of the order should be read as follows: ‘(…) the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the European Commission are to bear their own costs.’ instead of: ‘(…) the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the European Parliament are to bear their own costs.’
