makes the following
Order
1 The references for a preliminary ruling concern the interpretation of Council Regulation (EC) No 343/2003 of 18 February 2003 establishing the criteria and mechanisms for determining the Member State responsible for examining an asylum application lodged in one of the Member States by a third-country national (OJ 2003 L 50, p. 1).
2 Since the above cases are connected by their subject-matter, it is appropriate, in accordance with Article 43 of the Rules of Procedure, to join them for the purposes of the written procedure.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
Cases C‑411/10 and C‑493/10 are joined for the purposes of the written procedure.
