(Amicable settlement — Removal from the register)

Application:      brought under Article 270 TFEU, applicable to the EAEC Treaty pursuant to Article 106a thereof, in which AL seeks, in particular, annulment of the Parliament’s decision not to promote him to grade AST 8 under the 2009 promotion procedure, and compensation for the damage he considers he has suffered.

Held:      Case F‑93/10 AL v Parliament is removed from the register of the Tribunal. The parties are to bear the costs as agreed between them.
