Application:      under Article 270 TFEU, applicable to the EAEC Treaty pursuant to Article 106a thereof, in which Mr Nikolaos Aridas seeks annulment of EPSO’s decision not to admit him to the assessment tests in competition EPSO/AST/117/11.

Held:      Case F‑14/13 is removed from the register of the Tribunal as a result of the agreement reached between Mr Nikolaos Aridas and the European Commission. Mr Nikolaos Aridas and the European Commission are to bear the costs as agreed between them.
