Application: brought under Articles 236 EC and 152 EA, in which M seeks, first, annulment of the decision of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) of 25 October 2006 rejecting his application for an Invalidity Committee to be convened, and second, an order that the EMA pay him damages.

Held: Case F‑23/07 RENV‑RX is removed from the register of the Tribunal. The EMA is to pay the applicant the sum of EUR 3 000. The EMA is to pay all the costs in cases F‑23/07, T‑12/08 P, T‑12/08 P RENV‑RX and F‑23/07 RENV‑RX.
