The annulment of the decision of the defendant to revoke unilaterally the offer of employment made to the applicant, despite the fact that the applicant had already accepted the offer.
Form of order sought
Annul the Decision of 4 March 2011 whereby the European Commission rejected the internal complaint lodged by the Applicant against the Commission decision HR B2 (2010) 662634 of 5 October 2010;
pay a compensation for the damages suffered by the Applicant, including salaries and benefits foregone;
order the Commission to pay the costs of this action.
