APPLICATION under Article 263 TFEU seeking the annulment of the Decision of the Single Resolution Board Appeal Panel of 19 June 2018 (Case 48/2017) refusing to grant the applicants full access to certain documents concerning the adoption of a resolution scheme in respect of Banco Popular Español,
1 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 11 September 2018, the applicants informed the Court that Bauhaus Partners Ltd, Fideicomiso 70385-0 Bancomer, Fideicomiso Tanoak Ltd, Hechos Con Amor SA de CV and Terra Gamma Partners CV wished to discontinue the proceedings.
2 Pursuant to Article 125 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, the names of applicants Bauhaus Partners, Fideicomiso 70385-0 Bancomer, Fideicomiso Tanoak, Hechos Con Amor and Terra Gamma Partners must be removed from the list of applicants.
3 As the proceedings were discontinued prior to service of the application on the defendant and before the latter could have incurred costs, it is sufficient to decide that the withdrawing parties must bear their own costs.
On those grounds,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE EIGHTH CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT
hereby orders:
1. The names of applicants Bauhaus Partners Ltd, Fideicomiso 70385-0 Bancomer, Fideicomiso Tanoak Ltd, Hechos Con Amor SA de CV and Terra Gamma Partners CV shall be removed from the list of applicants in Case T‑514/18.
2. Bauhaus Partners, Fideicomiso 70385-0 Bancomer, Fideicomiso Tanoak, Hechos Con Amor and Terra Gamma Partners shall bear their own costs.
