The Tribunal:

Annuls the decision of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank of 25 February 2014 not to grant an additional salary increase for 2014 to Mr Bowles;

Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

The European Central Bank shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by Mr Bowles.
