Partial annulment of Commission Decision C (2009) 5791 final of 22 July 2009 relating to a proceeding pursuant to Article 81 of the EC Treaty and Article 53 of the EEA Agreement (Case No COMP/F/39.396 – Calcium carbide and magnesium reagents for the steel and gas industries), concerning a cartel on the market in calcium carbide granulates and calcium carbide powder and in the market in magnesium granulates in a large part of the EEA, relating to price fixing, market sharing, the exchange and disclosure of sensitive information, and, alternatively, annulment or reduction of the fine imposed on the applicant.
