Request for a preliminary ruling – Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas – Interpretation of recital 6 in the preamble to, and Articles 3(1) and 44(3)(a) of, Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 of 29 May 2000 on insolvency proceedings (OJ 2000 L 160, p. 1) and of Articles 1(2)(b), 2(1), 23 and 71 of Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (OJ 2001 L 12, p. 1) – Material scope of those regulations – Conflict of jurisdiction between the court in which the insolvency proceedings are taking place and the court of the defendant’s domicile – Meaning of ‘judgments which are delivered directly on the basis of the insolvency proceedings and are closely connected with such proceedings’ – Classification of actions brought by the administrator of an insolvent undertaking to defend the interests of the undertaking’s creditors – Action brought by the administrator to recover a sum owed under a contract of carriage falling within the scope of the CMR Convention – Rules governing the coexistence of the CMR Convention and Regulations No 1346/2000 and No 44/2001 for the purpose of determining which court has jurisdiction
