Legal Adviser on Administrative Matters
The Legal Adviser on Administrative Matters is responsible for advising the Court on any legal issue relating to it as an administrative body.
In particular, he represents the institution before the Courts of the European Union (the Court of Justice and the General Court) in disputes with its officials and other staff.
He is also consulted on public procurement procedures initiated by the Court and on contracts which it enters into.
