Annual Report

The year in review

The Court's Annual Report has had a facelift: “The Year in review” is now the main publication about the Court’s activity and the case law of its two courts throughout the past year.

It includes contributions from the Presidents of the Court of Justice and of the General Court relating to the activity and development of each court, accompanied by statistics. Innovations in the General Court’s case law are presented by its Vice-President.

This edition offers a new section entitled “Focus on case law”, aimed at informing professionals and the general public of the year's key cases in an in-depth and educational manner.
