Invitations to tender
In the cases provided for in the Financial Regulation, the Court of Justice is required to issue invitations to tender when acquiring goods and services. Invitations to tender are published regularly in the ‘S' series of the Official Journal of the European Union, and may be viewed in the TED "Tenders Electronic Daily" (http://www.ted.europa.eu/) which is updated daily on the internet. The information on the website of the Court of Justice is not of a formal nature, is not generally translated into all the official languages and is not exhaustive.
