Twitter usage policy
The Twitter accounts @EUCourtPress and @CourUEPresse are managed by the Press and Information Unit of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
On average, one to three Tweets per week will be sent concerning decisions and certain institutional events (formal sittings, official visits, developments in services offered to individuals …).
Replies (@replies) and direct messages
The sending of direct messages or tweets will not be regarded as an official request for information. If you need to contact the Court on an official basis, please go to the contact page.
The accounts followed
The Press and Information Unit does not systematically follow the accounts of its followers. Accounts which are clearly malicious or which spam will no longer be followed. The fact that an account is followed by one of the Press and Information Unit accounts cannot be regarded as approval or support of that account by the Court of Justice of the European Union.
The Press and Information Unit updates and monitors the activity on the Twitter accounts during working hours, Monday to Friday.
The Court of Justice cannot be held liable for any non-availability of the Twitter service.
