Born 1964; law degree from the University of Stockholm (1991) and University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne (1990 and 1994); called to the Stockholm Bar (2008); Legal Secretary at the Södertälje District Court and the Svea Court of Appeal (1991-93 and 1994-95); Judge at the Gotland and Norrtälje District Courts (1995-96); Judge at the Svea Court of Appeal (1996-97); Assistant Secretary of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance (1997-98); Legal Adviser for European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1999); Legal Secretary at the Court of Justice of the European Union (1998 and 1999-2006); lawyer, then advocate (2006-08); Judge (2009-16) and President of Chamber (2012-15) at the Södertörn District Court; Lecturer at the University of Stockholm (2006-08); Lecturer at the Swedish Judicial Training Academy (2011-16); Judge at the General Court since 8 June 2016.
