The Data Protection Officer ensures that there is no risk that the processing of personal data by the departments of the Court of Justice of the European Union in their administrative activities will infringe the rights of the persons concerned, guaranteed by the legislation concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the European Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and advises those responsible for that processing on compliance with their obligations.
You can contact the Data Protection Officer with any questions concerning the processing of your personal data in the administrative activities of the institution and the exercise of your rights.
Those administrative activities include all activities of the institution except its judicial activities.
The Data Protection Officer is fully independent in the performance of his/her duties.
