1        The Court delivered the judgment of 12 May 2021, Sun Stars & Sons v EUIPOValvis Holding (AC AOUA AC) (T-638/19, not published, EU:T:2021:256).

2        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, the parties having been given an opportunity to submit their written observations pursuant to Article 164(3) of those rules, it is necessary to rectify, in the version in the language of the case, clerical mistakes found in the operative part of the judgment.

On those grounds,

hereby orders:

Point 2) of the operative part of the judgment must be read as

instead of
