The applicant claims that the Court should:

annul the contested decision in respect of services for which registration has been refused;

annul the decision of operations division dated 03/02/2023 in application procedure No. 18678031 in respect of services for which registration has been refused;

refer the case back to EUIPO so it can amend the decision on the substance of the case and register the trade mark at issue in respect of all the services covered;

order EUIPO to pay the costs of the proceedings before the operations division, Board of Appeal and General Court.

Infringement of Articles 7(1)(b) and (c), and 7(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council;

Violation of the rules of legal certainty, the rules of good administration, non-discrimination and equal treatment.
