Application:      by a letter which reached the Registry of the Tribunal on 20 July 2011, Mr van Arum informed the Tribunal that, in view of the order delivered by the General Court of the European Union on 28 June 2011 in Case T‑454/09 P van Arum v Parliament, he was withdrawing the present application brought under Articles 236 EC and 152 EA.

Held:      Case F‑138/07 van Arum v Parliament is removed from the register of the Tribunal. Each party is to bear its own costs.
