There is no need to adjudicate on the present action.

Meridiana SpA and Meridiana fly SpA shall bear their own costs and pay the costs incurred by the European Commission and by Alitalia - Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA.

The Italian Republic shall bear its own costs.
