Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

Annuls the decisions of the Second Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) of 8 February 2007 (Cases R 256/2006-2 and R 291/2006-2);

Declares that there is no need to adjudicate on the second head of claim of Last Minute Network Ltd;

Orders OHIM to pay the costs incurred by Last Minute Network;

Orders Last Minute Tour SpA to bear its own costs.
