The Tribunal:

Dismisses the action;

Orders the Commission of the European Communities to bear its own costs and to pay half of the costs which Mr Bordini incurred in respect of the informal meeting of 5 June 2007;

Save in respect of half of the costs which he incurred in respect of the informal meeting of 5 June 2007, orders Mr Bordini bear his own costs.
