Partial removal from the register of Joined Cases T-306/01 and T-315/01¹

By order of 9 October 2003 the President of the Second Chamber (Extended Composition) of the Court of First Instance of the European Communities ordered the removal from the register of the names of the appellants Abdirisak Aden and Abdi Abdulaziz Ali from the names of the appellants in the Joined Cases T-306/01 and T-315/01: Abdirisak Aden and Others v Commission of the European Communities.
