Removal from the Register of Case T-386/03 1 (Language of the case: German)
By order of 15 December 2004, the President of the Second Chamber (Extended Composition) of the Court of First Instance of the European Communities has ordered the removal from the Register of Case T-386/03, Deutsche Telekom v Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM).
