Calabrese, lawyer, against Commission of the European Communities (agent: V. Di Bucci, with an address for service in Luxembourg) ─ application for annulment of the Commission's decision of 12 July 2000 declaring compatible with the common market a scheme for aid for investment in the less-favoured regions of Italy (State Aid N 715/99 -Italy (SG (2000) D/105754) - the Court of First Instance (Fifth Chamber), composed of M. 1. The action is dismissed as inadmissible;
2. The applicants are ordered to bear their own costs and to pay those of the Commission.
