APPLICATION seeking, first, annulment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 485/2013 of 24 May 2013 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, as regards the conditions of approval of the active substances clothianidin, thiamethoxam and imidacloprid, and prohibiting the use and sale of seeds treated with plant protection products containing those active substances (OJ 2013 L 139, p. 12) and, secondly, damages,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIRST CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT

makes the following

Order

1        On 1 April 2015, the President of the First Chamber of the Court signed a confidentiality order in Case T‑451/13.

2        By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 16 April 2015, the applicants requested that the Court rectify a clerical mistake in point 5 of the operative part of the confidentiality order.

3        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, and after the parties were given an opportunity to submit their written observations, pursuant to Article 164(3) of those rules, the inaccuracy found should be rectified.

On those grounds,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIRST CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT

hereby orders:

Point 5 of the operative part of the confidentiality order of 1 April 2015 should read

‘A non-confidential version of the application and of the reply will be served on the Union nationale de l’apiculture française (UNAF) by the Registrar’

instead of

‘A non-confidential version of the application and of the reply will be served on the interveners by the Registrar’.
