Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis wordt veroordeeld tot betaling van 999 213,45 EUR, vermeerderd met rente vanaf 15 juni 2011, tegen het tarief van de Europese Centrale Bank (ECB), vermeerderd met 3,5 punten, wat overeenkomt met de terugbetaling van de financiële bijdragen die zij heeft ontvangen in het kader van de contracten nr. 027020 „Access to e-Government Services Employing Semantic Technologies”, nr. 035242 „A virtual platform to enhance and organize the coordination among centres for accessibility ressources and support”, nr. 511298 „Ambient Intelligence System of Agents for Knowledge-based and Integrated Services for Mobility Impaired Users”, nr. 034778 „European Unified Approach for Accessible Lifelong Learning”, nr. 045056 „Emergency Monitoring and Prevention”, nr. 045563 „A wearable system supporting services to enable elderly people to live well, independently and at ease”, nr. 029255 „NavigAbile: e-inclusion for communication disabilities”, nr. 517506 „European Recommanded Materials for Distance Learning Courses for Educators” en nr. 224988 „T-Seniority: Expanding the benefits of information society to older people through digital TV channels”.
Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis wordt veroordeeld tot betaling van 70 471,47 EUR, vermeerderd met rente vanaf 5 augustus 2011, tegen het tarief van de ECB, vermeerderd met 3,5 punten, wat overeenkomt met de forfaitaire vergoeding die verschuldigd was op basis van de contracten nr. 027020 „Access to e-Government Services Employing Semantic Technologies”, nr. 035242 „A virtual platform to enhance and organize the coordination among centres for accessibility ressources and support”, nr. 511298 „Ambient Intelligence System of Agents for Knowledge-based and Integrated Services for Mobility Impaired Users”, nr. 034778 „European Unified Approach for Accessible Lifelong Learning”, nr. 045056 „Emergency Monitoring and Prevention”, en nr. 045563 „A wearable system supporting services to enable elderly people to live well, independently and at ease”.
Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis draagt haar eigen kosten en die van de Europese Commissie.
