The Court:

Orders McCarron Poultry Ltd to repay to the Commission the sum of EUR 900 662.25, plus accrued default interest calculated at the rate of 2.50% per annum from 1 December 2010 until the date of full payment of the debt;

Orders McCarron Poultry to pay the costs.
