От една страна, искания на основание член 272 ДФЕС, първо, да се обяви за неоснователно искането на Комисията за връщане на отпуснатите на ищеца безвъзмездни средства по договори № 027020 „Access to e-Government Services Employing Semantic Technologies“, № 035242 „A virtual platform to enhance and organize the coordination among centres for accessibility ressources and support“, № 511298 „Ambient Intelligence System of Agents for Knowledge-based and Integrated Services for Mobility Impaired Users“, № 034778 „European Unified Approach for Accessible Lifelong Learning“, № 045056 „Emergency Monitoring and Prevention“, № 045563 „A wearable system supporting services to enable elderly people to live well, independently and at ease“, № 029255 „NavigAbile: e-inclusion for communication disabilities“, № 517506 „European Recommanded Materials for Distance Learning Courses for Educators“ и № 224988 „T-Seniority: Expanding the benefits of information society to older people through digital TV channels“, сключени между Европейската общност и ищеца, и, второ, да се осъди Комисията да заплати остатъка от безвъзмездните средства по договори № 511298 „Ambient Intelligence System of Agents for Knowledge-based and Integrated Services for Mobility Impaired Users“ и № 034778 „European Unified Approach for Accessible Lifelong Learning“, и, от друга страна, предявен срещу ищеца насрещен иск за връщане на недължимо платените суми по всички тези договори и за присъждане на неустойка.

Отхвърля иска, предявен от Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis.
Осъжда Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis да върне сумата от 999 213,45 EUR, ведно с лихви, считано от 15 юни 2011 г., при лихвения процент на Европейската централна банка (ЕЦБ), увеличен с 3,5 пункта, която сума се равнява на финансовите помощи, които това дружество е получило по силата на договори № 027020 „Access to e-Government Services Employing Semantic Technologies“, № 035242 „A virtual platform to enhance and organize the coordination among centres for accessibility ressources and support“, № 511298 „Ambient Intelligence System of Agents for Knowledge-based and Integrated Services for Mobility Impaired Users“, № 034778 „European Unified Approach for Accessible Lifelong Learning“, № 045056 „Emergency Monitoring and Prevention“, № 045563 „A wearable system supporting services to enable elderly people to live well, independently and at ease“, № 029255 „NavigAbile: e-inclusion for communication disabilities“, № 517506 „European Recommanded Materials for Distance Learning Courses for Educators“ и № 224988 „T-Seniority: Expanding the benefits of information society to older people through digital TV channels“.Осъжда Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis да заплати сумата от 70 471,47 EUR, ведно с лихви, считано от 5 август 2011 г., при лихвения процент на ЕЦБ, увеличен с 3,5 пункта, която сума представлява неустойката, дължима по договори № 027020 „Access to e-Government Services Employing Semantic Technologies“, № 035242 „A virtual platform to enhance and organize the coordination among centres for accessibility ressources and support“, № 511298 „Ambient Intelligence System of Agents for Knowledge-based and Integrated Services for Mobility Impaired Users“, № 034778 „European Unified Approach for Accessible Lifelong Learning“, № 045056 „Emergency Monitoring and Prevention“, № 045563 „A wearable system supporting services to enable elderly people to live well, independently and at ease“.Koinonia Tis Pliroforias Anoichti Stis Eidikes Anagkes – Isotis понася наред с направените от него съдебни разноски и тези на Европейската комисия.
