ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

15 December 2008 (*)

(Legal aid)

In Case T‑291/08 AJ,

Svetoslav Apostolov, residing in Saarwellingen (Germany),

applicant,

v

Commission of the European Communities,

defendant,

APPLICATION for legal aid under Article 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES

makes the following

Order

Having regard to Article 94(3) of the Rules of Procedure,

having regard to Article 96(1) of the Rules of Procedure,

having regard to the application for legal aid lodged at the Registry of the Court of First Instance on 18 July 2008,

having regard to the action in respect of which legal aid is sought, as described in the legal aid application form,

having regard in particular to the fact that the applicant provides no information to enable the measure which he seeks to have annulled to be established,

having regard nevertheless to the fact that he appears to be asking the Court to declare the existence of a case of maladministration, which does not fall within any of the categories of action over which the Court has jurisdiction,

having regard, therefore, to the fact that the action in respect of which legal aid is sought appears to be manifestly inadmissible,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

hereby orders:

The application for legal aid in Case T-291/08 AJ is dismissed.

Luxembourg, 15 December 2008.
