An action against the Commission of the European Communities was brought before the Court of First Instance of the European Communities on 12 July 2005 by Paulo Sequeira Wandschneider, residing in Brussels, represented by Georges Vandersanden and Chiara Ronzi, lawyers.
The applicant claims that the Court should:
annul the Career Development Report for the reference period from 1 January 2003 to 31 December 2003;
to the extent necessary, annul the decision rejecting the applicant's complaint brought on 2 December 2004;
order the defendant to pay fair compensation for material and non-material suffered, estimated, subject to certification, at EUR 2 500;
order the Commission to pay the costs.
