In Case T-147/04: Brian Ross, resident in Morpeth (United Kingdom), represented by É. Boigelot, against the Commission of the European Communities (Agents: J. Curall and G. Berscheid, with an address for service in Luxembourg) - action for, first, the annulment of the applicant's career development report for the assessment year 2001/2002 and second, damages - the Court of First Instance (Third Chamber), composed of M. Jaeger, President, V. Tiili and O. Czúcz, Judges; H. Jung, Registrar, made an order on 28 June 2005, the operative part of which is as follows:
1. The action is dismissed as inadmissible.
2. The parties shall bear their own costs.
