In Case T-65/03 R: Fondation Alsace, having its registered office in Strasbourg (France), represented by F. Ruhlmann, lawyer, against Commission of the European Communities (Agents: C. Giolito and G. Wilms) ( application for suspension of the operation of the decision of the Commission of 20 December 2002 requiring the Fondation Alsace to repay to it EUR 18 000 following its breach of subsidy agreement PSS*/0534 ( the President of the Court of First Instance made an order on 31 March 2003, the operative part of which is as follows:

1.The application for interim relief is dismissed.

2.Costs are reserved.
