By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the Republic of Cyprus seeks the annulment of the decision of the Fifth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 20 June 2022 (Case R 19/2022-5).

Operative part of the order

1.    There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

2.    The Republic of Cyprus shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
