APPLICATION for annulment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 485/2013 of 24 May 2013 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, as regards the conditions of approval of the active substances clothianidin, thiamethoxam and imidacloprid, and prohibiting the use and sale of seeds treated with plant protection products containing those active substances (OJ 2013 L 139, p. 12),

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIRST CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT

makes the following

Order

1        On 27 March 2015, the President of the First Chamber of the Court signed a confidentiality order in Case T‑429/13.

2        In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, and after the parties were given an opportunity to submit their written observations, pursuant to Article 164(3) of those rules, the inaccuracies found in points 5 and 6 of the operative part of the confidentiality order must be rectified by the Court of its own motion.

On those grounds,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIRST CHAMBER OF THE GENERAL COURT

hereby orders:

1.      Point 5 of the operative part of the confidentiality order of 27 March 2015 should read

‘A period will be prescribed within which Bayer CropScience is to produce non-confidential versions of the procedural documents in accordance with points 1 to 3 of the operative part and in the light of the objections raised by the interveners Deutscher Berufs- und Erwerbsimkerbund eV, Österreichischer Erwerbsimkerbund, Stichting Greenpeace Council, Pesticide Action Network Europe (PAN Europe), Bee Life European Beekeeping Coordination (Bee Life), Buglife — The Invertebrate Conservation Trust and Union nationale de l’apiculture française (UNAF), as upheld by the Court.’

instead of

‘A period will be prescribed within which Bayer CropScience is to produce a non-confidential version of the procedural documents referred to in points 1 to 3 of the operative part.’

2.      Point 6 of the operative part of the confidentiality order of 27 March 2015 should read

‘The non-confidential versions will be served respectively on the interveners referred to in point 5 of the operative part by the Registrar.’

instead of

‘A non-confidential version of the procedural documents referred to in points 1 to 3 of the operative part will be served on the interveners by the Registrar.’
