In Case T-141/01 R: Entorn, Sociedat Limitada Enginyeria i Serveis, established in Barcelona (Spain), represented by M.C. Belard-Kopke Marques-Pinto, lawyer, with an address for service in Luxembourg, against Commission of the European Communities (Agents: L. Visaggio and S. Pardo Quintillán) - application for suspension of the operation of Commission Decision C(1999) 534 of 4 March 1999 withdrawing Community financial assistance - the President of the Court of First Instance made an order on 22 October 2001, the operative part of which is as follows:

1.The application for interim relief is dismissed.

2.Costs are reserved.
