Operative part of the order

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

The European Commission, in addition to bearing its own costs, shall pay those incurred by Mr Chafiq Ayadi and shall be required to refund to the cashier of the General Court the sums advanced by way of legal aid.

The Council of the European Union shall bear its own costs.
