the other party to the proceedings before the Board of Appeal of OHIM being
DIN - Deutsches Institut für Normung eV, established in Berlin (Germany),
ACTION brought against the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of OHIM of 12 November 2013 (Case R 1106/2012-2), relating to opposition proceedings between DIN - Deutsches Institut für Normung eV and Infocit - Prestação de Serviços, Comércio e Indústria, Lda.
1 By letter lodged at the Registry of the General Court on 25 February 2014, the applicant informed the Court in accordance with Article 99 of the Rules of Procedure that it wished to discontinue proceedings.
2 Taking into account the application to discontinue the proceedings lodged by the applicant, the case should therefore be removed from the register.
3 As the present order is adopted prior to service of the application on the defendant and the other party to the proceedings before the Board of Appeal of OHIM and before they could have incurred costs, it is sufficient to decide that the applicant must bear its own costs pursuant to Article 87(1) of the Rules of Procedure.
On those grounds,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE GENERAL COURT
hereby orders:
1. Case T-47/14 is removed from the register of the General Court.
2. The applicant shall bear its own costs.
