By his application based on Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the suspension of the operation of the decisions of the European Parliament of 24 October 2023 authorising him to remain in service until 30 November 2023 and authorising his secondment to the European External Action Service (EEAS) until that same date, of the decision of the Parliament of 9 November 2023 reinstating him in its services and retiring him with effect on 30 November 2023, and of the EEAS’s decision of 13 November 2023 terminating his assignment to the political section – sub-section Parliamentary Affairs of the African Union delegation on 30 November 2023 and, secondly, the extension of his authorisation to work until 31 August 2024 in the political section – sub-section Parliamentary Affairs of that delegation and, if necessary, an instruction to the Parliament to assign him to the EEAS and an instruction to the EEAS to assign him to the political section – sub-section Parliamentary Affairs of that delegation.

1.    The application for interim measures is dismissed.

2.    The order of 1 December 2023, Paolo Meucci v Parliament and EEAS (T-1123/23, not published) is set aside.

3.    The costs are reserved.
