Re:

By his action, the applicant seeks, primarily, on the basis of Article 265 TFEU, a declaration from the Court that the European Commission unlawfully refrained from taking a position on the complaints filed in cases SA.46963 and SA.52275 concerning alleged State aid granted by the French authorities and, in the alternative, on the basis of Article 263 TFEU, the annulment of the decisions which appear in the Commission’s letters of 14 and 20 July 2023 which the Commission sent to him.

Operative part of the order

1.    The action is dismissed as manifestly inadmissible.

2.    The application for legal aid is refused.

3.    YU shall pay the costs.
