Operative part of the order

1.    The appeal is dismissed.

2.    Mr Herbert Meister is ordered to bear his own costs and pay those incurred by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) in the appeal proceedings.
