Operative part

1. The application of the third party is dismissed as manifestly inadmissible.

2. The third parties are ordered to pay their own costs as well as the costs of the People’s Mojahedin Organisation of Iran.

3. The Council of the European Union, the French Republic and the Commission of the European Communities are ordered to pay their own costs.
