By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the annulment of the decision of the European Commission of 6 July 2022 that declared him absent from work without justification on 10 June 2022, thus leading to a deduction from his salary of one day and, secondly, compensation in respect of the damage he claims to have suffered.

Dismisses the action;

Orders VN to pay the costs.
